Congratulations to the HML F&B Team
Congress Plus at the HKCEC has been awarded the “2025 Outstanding QTS Merchant Awards” – Gold Award in the “Outstanding QTS Merchant & Service Staff Awards 2025”, organised by the Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB). This accolade is a recognition of the professional and attentive service of HML F&B team.
HKTB has presented the Outstanding QTS Merchant & Service Staff Awards to recognise QTS-accredited merchants and staff for their contribution in promoting quality tourism services since 2011.
The "2025 Outstanding QTS Merchant Service Staff Awards," themed "Let’s Go the Extra Mile" recognise the contributions of frontline staff from QTS-accredited merchants in enhancing service quality in Hong Kong.
